Ribbon 在 SpringCloud 中的使用
1.构建 Eureka 注册中心 smart-platform-eureka1
(1)导入jar包

(2)添加eureka配置 application.yml

(3) 编写启动类

2.构建生产者服务 smart-platform-base

(2) 编写接口

① 创建规则类

② 创建规则实例并注入到spring容器中
