edit DependOnService and add MRxSmb20
so it should look like:

ps. Bowser is NOT a Browser typo!
THEN
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESystemCurrentControlSetServicesmrxsmb20
Change Start to 3. (it was 4 = disabled)
Reboot client
