今天安装vuex的时候报-4048错误，具体错误如下图
开始还以为是权限问题，毕竟我之前好多权限问题win + x管理员权限下都解决了，这个问题没能解决
上网搜了一些方法，才知道是缓存问题，需要清理缓存
清理缓存的一个办法是C:/user/{账户}/下的.npmrc文件删除掉就好了
另一个办法是输入命令npm cache clean --force
第二个办法还没用过，不知道能不能生效，下次遇到这个问题试一试
