Reflexive Pronouns:

When the subject and object are the same person, we use reflexive pronouns:

-She made her go(she and her are two different people)

-She made herself go ( She and herself are the same person)

 

We can also use reflexive pronouns for emphasis.

A: That‘s a beautiful painting.

B: Thanks. I painted it myself.(nobody helped me)
