词汇（Key Word ）

 

 sunny side up  荷包蛋只煎一面

An egg cooked "over easy" means: that it‘s fried on one side

“over easy”的意思是鸡蛋是一边煎的

The white part is totally cooked . The yolk stays runy and golden like the sun!

蛋白的部分完全煮熟了。蛋黄仍然像太阳一样松软金黄!

An egg cooked "over easy" means: that it gets fried on both sides, but the yolk stays runny

“over easy”的意思是鸡蛋两面都煎过了，但蛋黄仍然是稀的

An egg cooked "over medium" means: that it‘s fried on both sides for a little bit longer, the yolk is semi-solid but still a little bit runny

“中熟”鸡蛋的意思是两面都煎了一段时间，蛋黄是半固态的，但还有一点稀

A "fried egg" means the yolk is cooked completely and there is no runny yolk at all

“煎蛋”是指蛋黄完全煮熟，没有溏心蛋黄
