水滴与大海
你们知道一滴水怎样才能不干涸?那就是把它放到大海里去。你们知道:为什么汹涌的波涛蕴涵着激荡一切的无穷力量?那是因为有那一滴滴海水的力量汇聚;而那一滴滴水,也只有纳入大海的怀抱里,才能以多样的形态来证明它的存在。由此,我联想到了我与中石化(sinopec)之间的关系。
我是一颗小水滴!中石化就是我存在的大海。从参加工作的第一天起,师傅就对我说::“吃得苦中苦,方为人上人,只有把企业当成自己的家,才会感受到家庭般的温暖”。从那时起,我便深深知道一个人的力量是微不足道的,唯有全身心投入到工作中,把自己融入企业这个大海里,才能折射出人生的光辉,无论遇到怎样的困难,企业的关爱是我最坚强的后盾。我是06年新进的大学生,面对新事务、新环境我有太多的压力。后来,偶然看见一句谚语:“人不是因为悲哀才哭的,是因为哭才悲哀的。”我恍然大悟,有了挑战才会有压力啊,有了压力才会更有动力。现在发现自己专业知识不足了,就更要努力地去学了。感谢石化的导师带教制度,使我有幸跟着很多老师一起学本领。在这一年的轮岗见习期间,我到过很多装置和车间,有成功的喜悦和失败的痛苦,一切的一切无不倾注领导和同事们对我的教导和支持。我始终与企业同欢乐、共成长。
