hisat2报错Error: Encountered internal HISAT2 exception (#1)

参考技术A 这里会报错：Error: Encountered internal HISAT2 exception (#1)和(ERR): hisat2-align exited with value 1是因为index有问题，这里不应该只放目录还应该有/data/Genome/hisat2_index/Macaca_mulatta_index/Macaca_mulatta,这个index才是对的，

解决办法

删除上面location对应的jar包即可
