Warming up

1. ask students —— What did you do on summer vacation?

2. show some pictures about activities on vacation.

1. Look at picture on page1, 1a carefully,and match the activities with picture a-g.

2. Listen and answer

a. listen to three conversation and answer.

Conversation 1

1. Where did Tina go on vaction?

Tina went to mountain with her family.

2. Where did Xiang Hua go on vacation?

He went to New York city.

Conversation 2

1. What did Sally do on vacation?

Sally just stayed at home.

2. What did Bob do on vacation?

He visited his uncle.

Conversation 3

1. Where did Tom go on vacation?

He went to summer camp.

2. Who did Tom go with?

He went with his friends.

Summarize

stayed, went, went...we use past simple tense to introduce past events.

思考总结

听完这节课,我收获最大的是老师对教材的处理,并不是全盘照搬教材也不是完全摒弃教材,而是把听力材料经过自己处理,给学生一段一段进行练习。完成练习后,把练习的问题和答案再进行归总,让学生学习到如何和他人沟通关于假期的话题,以及引出一般过去时的时态用法。

输入之后的输出也处理地特别纯熟,先是通过对话的形式,再是学生对自己的假期经历进行口头报告,很好地练习了学生的听和说的能力。
