到http://archive.apache.org/dist/tomcat/tomcat-connectors/native/

binaries下选择对应的版本（我这边报的错是1.1.14）,把下载下来的bin/tcnative-1.dll放入windows/System32下（记住，电脑64就取64文件夹下的放）
