原因分析：

之前安装过Tomcat版本，冲突了！

解决问题：

由于忘了之前的操作，只能一个一个试着删除。删除Tomcat6，删除Tomcat7.....我的OK了。

利用cmd逐一删除——以管理员的身份运行cmd——命令：sc delete tomcat6（回车）

重新安装：

这时候就可以重新安装tomcat了，完全OK
