iscsi initiator并不关心服务端是什么系统(实际上很多iscsi设备的系统都是linux),也不关心服务端到底设置的是哪一个RAID级别(RAID 5/50是比较常见的),仅仅需要在iscsi设备上做相应的访问设置,例如:ip地址段、chap等等,假设我们设置可以访问的ip为:192.168.1.0/24,哪么除了该段地址以外的客户端都不可访问

很多iscsi设备在划分磁盘卷的时候可以设置该卷是否为共享卷,根据实际的客户端需要认真设置该属性,不然会造成意想不到的问题
