        Today, our office only have 9 stuffs, because the COVID-19 has a pandemic again in our country, it brings us horrible atomsphere for our daily life. everyone should stay at home as soon as possible,it will have a bad influence for your health and get COVID-19 easily than before if you get a cold in these days, so we must take care of ourself by preparing some medinces and keep our body warm in the winder day.

        今天，我们办公室只来了9个人，因为新冠再次在我们国家里肆虐，它给我们的日常生活带来了非常恐怖的影响，大家都尽量待家里办公。 如果你最近感冒了，你将会比以前更容易感染上新冠，因此在这个冬天，我们一定要备一些药物来应对，并且注意保暖。

        At night, I fell asleep in  half minute after going to bed without consciousness. Maybe I stayed up late  to watch the word-cup games which is Argentina vs. France, we are wating the final champion at 2:00 am , 19 Dec 2022.

        晚上，我无意识躺床上半分钟内就睡着了，或许是因为我昨天熬夜去世界杯比赛，这是一场阿根廷和法国的对决，我们一直在等待最后的冠军，直到凌晨2:00。

        I know that this action is a bad signal for my body, so I should find a good balance  between my work  and life.

        我知道这样做对身体来讲是不好的，我应该在工作和生活中寻找一个平衡点。

        The weather is great today, and blue sky makes me feel joyful, let me enjoy the whole day.

        今天天气非常棒，蓝天让我感觉心情愉快，让我享受一整天。

        I feel a little anxious sometimes  because of work or other thing, recently. Keep studying can help it a lot, you will have no time to think and gossip with other people  if you have something to do.  Once you start learning some signficant knowledges, you will feel better than before and help you out of mess, Perhaps study is the best medicine for your spirit and soul.

        最近我感觉有些焦虑，因为工作或者是其他的事情，但是保持学习帮助了很多。因为你有事做后，你就没有时间去想或者与其他人闲聊。一旦你学到了一些有意义的知识，你就会感觉好多了，然后帮你摆脱困境, 或许学习是心灵最好的良药。
