添加ClearWindow.py文件实现IDLE的清屏功能

• 插件源地址 http://bugs.python.org/file14303/ClearWindow.py 看在python.org上应该是可靠的，看源代码日期竟然是在2009年
• 复制代码并将文件命名为ClearWindow.py，放在D:\\Python3\\Lib\\idlelib下(python安装目录\\Lib\\idlelib)
• 修改D:\\Python3\\Lib\\idlelib里的config-extensions.def文件（这在源代码里面也有写），在文档最后一行复制以下语句，如果希望修改为其他快捷键修改clear-window=<Control-Key-l>即可（修改l为其他值）

• 验证一下，在Options下出现Clear Shell Window选项，直接按快捷键ctrl+L也可以
