欧洲区域 IT 负责人应聘小结

场 景

上周四收到公司发的一封邮件：公开竞选欧洲区域 IT 负责人，工作地主要在德国与意大利；抱着玩的态度投了个人信息，今天早上打开邮件：通过了海选， 上午 10.38 参加英语口语测试 :

过 程

啊，只有 1 个小时的准备时间，匆忙打了腹稿。大概 20 位同事申请这个岗位，我是最后一个面的。这里罗列一下面试的过程，方便后续竞聘用（扎心，这次后面的几个问题没有回答好，感觉没戏）：

me : It's about lunch time, you guys are definitely tired ,
after talking with so many co-workers.
colleage: not tired but thirsty,hah ... 10 minites : 5 minites self-introduction, 5 minites  Q & A
me: This is Ivy Peng from Midea Finance Dpt. it's my great honor to attend this kind of interview. 
I donot wanna sound too pessimistic but as you can see I'm a little bit nervours,
so please feel free to interrupt me any time you like , if I donot express myself clearly.Anyway I hope we can enjoy a good time together. 
I'd like to introduce myself from the following three points: IT prefessional skill,personal interests and my advantage & disadvantage for applying this job.
Firstly, IT prefessional skill : I'm quite familiar with 
the frequently used 80 linux commands, sql and nosql database like mysql & hbase & es. 
After working as a team leader for the last past 2 year , I 'm equiped with a good sense of leadership.
Secondly, interests : I like running and I'm a full amateur Marathon runner.
 and I like Rock&Roll, Folk music.
With a single state, strong and excellent sense of adaptability 
and learning ability .I have every confidence on myself to do the job well.

前面那两个问题，回答的好差？都不知道自己说了什么，大概意思就是说没有跨国项目经验，balabala … 傻了，每天登录 github，我后来想想，基本上每个 IT 类项目都可以说是 跨国项目啊。

总 结

1. 只是想去欧洲玩个1年半载，所以，面谈没什么压力。
2. 大学练的湖南式英语算是派上了用场：哈哈，三个中国人在一个会议室里抛憋足的英文，不错的体验。
3. 程序员天生就有跨国项目经验啊？ 在 github 上down 一个项目就算啊，哈哈。
