Python使用pip报错和安装pyinstaller报错

一、使用pip报错

D:\\date\\IDEA\\Game\\PyInstaller-3.4>pip install pyinstaller
'pip' 不是内部或外部命令，也不是可运行的程序
或批处理文件。

解决方案：添加环境变量

新增系统变量：
变量名：PYTHON_HOME
变量值：D:\\software\\anaconda3\\Scripts
修改path变量：
	添加：%PYTHON_HOME%

二、使用pip安装pyinstaller报错

D:\\date\\IDEA\\Game\\PyInstaller-3.4>pip install pyinstaller

解决方案：添加信任源

D:\\date\\IDEA\\Game\\PyInstaller-3.4>pip install  pyinstaller  --index-url http://pypi.douban.com/simple/    --trusted-host pypi.douban.com
