问题描述

启动Verdi后打开其它人交付的lib，提示报错：

1>Cannot load the design from /path/to/<LIBRARY_NAME>.lib++, because it is locked by other process.
...
6>Fail to initialize library <LIBRARY_NAME>
7>Notice
		Application Version: Verdi_*
		rcFile Version: Verdi_***
		Since the application version older than the rcFile version, this might cause version incompatible problem.

问题定位

经调查，其余用户无该问题，于是重点排查该用户的环境。
使用二分法在.cshrc中，排查到了一段newgrp到wheel群组的代码，也就是无论默认群组是什么，总是最终newgrp到wheel。将该段代码注释掉，问题消失。

继续查看，发现/path/to/<LIBRARY_NAME>.lib++这个文件是另一个群组的，这个群组排在了16th以后。
一开始我判断是16群组的问题，但实际上用户能够在terminal将其拷贝到/local然后能打开，说明当前这个NFS已经不存在16群组限制的问题。因此判断是工具自身的bug或机制，它要求被访问的lib文件的群组是用户当前的primary group才被允许访问。具体机制不清楚，需由供应商提供解释。
