Exception: URL fetch failure on https://storage.googleapis.com/download.tensorflow.org/data/imagenet_class_index.json: None -- [WinError 10060] 由于连接方在一段时间后没有正确答复或连接的主机没有反应，连接尝试失败。

解决方案

1.手动打开报错信息中的url：https://storage.googleapis.com/download.tensorflow.org/data/imagenet_class_index.json

右键保存即可！

2. 我们只需要将这些文件放到指定位置下就可以调用它们。

指定位置：C:\\Users\\username\\.keras\\models\\ or C:\\Users\\Administrator\\.keras\\models
