HAXM device is not found in Windows 7，Android Studio模拟器无法使用

环境android Studio 版本及问题

Android Studio 4.2.1
Build #AI-202.7660.26.42.7351085, built on May 11, 2021
Runtime version: 11.0.8+10-b944.6842174 amd64
VM: OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM by N/A
Windows 7 6.1
GC: G1 Young Generation, G1 Old Generation
Memory: 1280M
Cores: 4
Registry: external.system.auto.import.disabled=true
Non-Bundled Plugins: GLSL, artsiomch.cmake, Dart, io.flutter

后创建AVD出现错误,提示haxm device is not found .
Enable VT-x in your Bios security settings, ensure that HAXM is installed properly. Try disabling 3rd party security software if the problem still occurs.

但是HAXM已经安装成功,而且BIOS中的VT-x相关的改为enable,我的电脑360安全软件已经退出,明显是Android studio提示的信息不对.

这个问题全网找了一遍也没有合适讲解方法，最后在Stack Overflow上看到老外有个回答：

For me, the problem was exactly in the HAXM version (Currently 7.5.4). I rolled back to version 7.5.1 and it worked.

Did the following (For Windows):

Found the HAXM installer (Tools -> SDK Manager, Follow the Android SDK Location\\extras\\intel\\Hardware_Accelerated_Execution_Manager\\intelhaxm-android.exe), using it deleted HAXM.

I downloaded HAXM from an older version (7.5.1) from https://github.com/intel/haxm/releases

Installed

Restarted Android Studio and it worked

大概意思就是要把我们的HAXM版本回退到 7.5.1的版本，具体的下载链接如下：
https://github.com/intel/haxm/releases

记住一点不要下载最新的，一定要找到7.5.1的版本

然后下载后安装然后我的成功了，如果github网络不好访问就加入qq群吧，问群主要。。。这个下载包
