摘 要
暴雨带来大流量的雨水,传统排水井不能很好发挥排水作用,积水囤积在街道上形成内涝。内涝中,人们出行不便,城市遭受巨大损失,提高城市内排水井的排水能力显得额外重要,通过对自动调节式防涝井盖的设计,降低了城市内涝发生的几率,对于解决内涝问题具有重要意义。
本课题研究的对象是自动调节式防涝井盖。研究了在造成大量积水(如暴雨)的情况下,如何更有效率地将积水排走,避免城市内涝的问题。研究从传统排水井不能满足排水需要的现状出发,探究需要解决的问题,运用相关的理论知识,进行理论分析并设计出解决的方案。

Abstract
Heavy rain brings large flow of Rain Water, traditional drainage wells can not play a good role in drainage, water hoarding in the streets to form waterlogging. In waterlogging, people travel inconvenient, the city suffers huge losses, it is extra important to improve the drainage capacity of urban drainage wells. Through the design of automatic regulating waterlogging well cover, the probability of urban waterlogging is reduced. It is of great significance to solve the problem of waterlogging.
The object of this research is automatic regulation waterlogging well cover. In the case of heavy water (such as heavy rain), how to water more efficiently and avoid urban waterlogging is studied. Starting from the present situation that the traditional drainage well can not meet the drainage needs, this paper probes into the problems to be solved, uses the relevant theoretical knowledge, carries on the theoretical analysis and designs the solution.
