anconda 安装后报错 HTTP0000无法下载库解决方案

用conda安装包的时候总是遇到这个错误
然后从GitHub上搜了一下，发现有个国外的明白人。
现在把解决办法贴出来:

报错原因：
As they are not found the search goes to C:\\Windows\\System32 where we have the same DLLs, installed by an other application, but with a different version.
意思别的应用有相同的DLLs，所以冲突了

解决办法：
The DLLs delivered by Anaconda3 are located here:
D:\\Anaconda3\\Library\\bin
anaconda3 的DLLs在上面那个位置，然后把以下文件：
libcrypto-1_1-x64.*
libssl-1_1-x64.* (*是通配符的意思，就是符合前面规则的文件都复制，其实总共就4个文件）
复制 to D:\\Anaconda3\\DLLs.
就OK！
