此表格跟踪记录你的宠物,当你想记录他们的信息,比如看兽医、生幼崽、买玩具等事件,就需要另外一个表单记录,需要如下信息:
- 宠物名称:name
- 事件日期:date
- 事件类型:type
- 事件描述:emark
创建表一个符合上述要素的表单:
