Anunexpectederroroccurred的意思是提示信息:发生预料之外的错误。

原因：

1.开机出现unexpectederror应该是添加或删除程序这个东西有问题，也就是程序文件受损。添加或删除程序是由固定的一个文件启动，只要重新装上这个文件即可。

2.可能是Windowsxpservicepack2中的一些补丁不兼容，或者Windows记录硬件的一些文件丢失了。也可能是内存松动接触不良，或者是主板发热芯片接触不良而引起的蓝屏。很多人会重新加载来解决这个问题。(消除了硬件问题后，尝试以下操作)
