My Oracle Story

Ceci Ma

Joined Oracle in 2017

Hi, my name is Ceci. I received a master's degree after graduating from the Imperial College London and got my Bachelor degree at Beijing Jiaotong University. When I graduated, it was my desire to join a company with a multicultural and supportive environment to help me develop skills, not only in technology but also in general communications. Oracle does not let me down!

When I joined Oracle, I instantly had a buddy who introduced me to my workplace colleagues and helped me become familiar with the company and its environment. Currently, I also have a mentor who teaches me a lot each day about my job. My manager is very supportive and friendly. He not only leads with strength but is our true friend in and out of the office.

At Oracle, I have the opportunity to get in touch with the new functions of the Oracle Database and learn how to test it and make improvements. I also have the chance to take a course in Oracle University to learn more about the technology. These resources are so valuable to help me become a professional software developer. In spare time we organize interesting and exciting team building activities, such as rock climbing and Live CS. Joining Oracle campus hire, I also have the chance to make friends with those from other Oracle teams.
