Paper Submission

Submission will be rigorously reviewed, and should clearly make the case for a documented improvement over the existing state-of-the-arts. All of the accepted papers will be published in Springer’s LNCS (EI indexed), and some papers will be selected to our special issues of Cognitive Systems Research, International Journal of Data Mining and Bioinformatics, and Applied Informatics.
