1月30日，由德必WE"携手MDL TALENT HUB和天类在德必外滩8号联合举办MDL人才枢纽活动，把区块链这个理念带到人才采购市场，它将成为我们步入实体经济领域的第一步，此次活动还邀请到了Daniel Wang和Praveen Maurya为我们分析了人才采购市场以及经济符号化相关问题。来自中国、俄罗斯、英国等业内外人士参与了本次活动。美食、美酒与音乐的交融，积极活跃的气氛使参与者可以轻松地融入并获得一些行业见解。

On January 30 , the event TECHNOLOGICAL FUTURE OF THE TALENT SOURCING INDUSTRY has be co-organized by DoBe WE''， MDL TALENT HUB and CHINA CLASSIFIED at DoBe WE'' @BUND 8. This event brought blockchain to talent sourcing market. It has been one of the first step-ins of crypto into a real economy segment which we were very familiar with. At the event, Daniel Wang and Praveen Maurya analyzed the problem in the sourcing industry and economic tokenization. Guests inside and outside industry from China, Russia, Britain participated in this event.Finger foods, free flow of wine, comforting music, positive vibes made it easy for attendees to network and get some industry insights.

It is already obvious to every industry enthusiast that this will change the world we live in. Transparency and efficiency – these are two fundamental characteristics of the new era.

Our project is to bring this philosophy to talent sourcing market. It is going to be one of the first step-ins of crypto into a real economy segment which we are very familiar with. We are aiming at consolidating supply/demand channels and giving non-perishable reputation index to every market participant. Initially, our tools will help to overcome a majority of existing problems in the talent-booker relations as well as support the entire industry by providing instruments for photographers, stylists, casting directors, and other key personnel in the entertainment industry.

Initially, we are aiming at China and then the whole Asia. After bringing our first aim to reality we are looking into geographical scaling as well as franchising our technology and know-how to other industries.”

MDL最初的目标是中国，接着是整个亚洲，在MDL把第一个目标变为现实之后，正在研究地域扩张以及将我们的技术和专有技术特许给其他行业。

Jesse Sun, director of marketing at Skycoin shared about their successful business cases and mentioned that they partner with MDL.

In the evening, the MDL team also signed a memorandum with YOYOW for future cooperation, support and development. This is an event facilitated by the platform of DoBe WE" Community.
