What is BeHive?

To us, BeHive is every opportunity which gives you the chance to become better. It's a state, a place, an activity, an occasion which allows you to connect with others and grow mentally, physically, professionally or financially.  

We all need a hive, a community of people to provide us with a safe environment to challenge ourselves into. A hive to nurture us and help us develop to the best of our abilities, to fuel our process of growth and unlock our full potential.

那么，现在让我们来认识一下BeHive吧！

对我们来说，BeHive是每一个能让你变得更好的机会，是能让你和更多人建立联系，从身心、职场、乃至财富方面获得长远发展的一场活动、一个场所、一个平台。

生命不息，奋斗不止，每个人都需要一个可以放心大胆挑战自我的Hive，在那里，我们可以涨经验、提升等级、刷新各种技能属性的峰值、甚至修炼出自己的大招，得到成长的通关钥匙。

GOAL

Our goal is to help you find your own Hive. Find the best activities and events which can help you better yourself and achieve your goals. After all, our members' personal development is what fuels everything we do.

我们的目标

帮助你找到可以放心大胆挑战自我的Hive；我们举办能在最大程度上帮助你提升自我的活动。毕竟从根本上来说，成员的成长是我们举办所有活动的原因，也是我们不竭动力的源泉。

What do we do?

Create Hives: BeHive is a University Society currently based at UIBE. We organise unique activities which focus on helping students and young professionals develop the social skills necessary to achieve personal and professional growth. We have already successfully organised 2 events during the course of the previous semester; a speed networking event and a discussion session. This semester we will pick up where we left off, hosting events to help you become the best you can be.

创造Hives： 作为贸大第一个专注于提升学生和年轻职场人的社交技能来协助其长远发展的国际化社团，BeHive已经在上个学期成功举办了两场活动。在本学期，我们将会举办更多更好的活动，在帮助你结识同伴、提高英语语言能力的基础上，协助你提升社交技巧，培养沟通能力，发掘自身潜力。

Our next event will take place on Wednesday, 22nd of March and our topic will be "Persuasion". It will be our pleasure to have you with us and together learn how to develop and utilise this key skill.

Offer Daily Hives: The “Daily Hive” informs you about and connects you with Hives around you. Did you know that there is always something going on in Beijing? Networking, career and cultural events, job fairs, exhibitions and much more, everything gathered for you in one place: the Daily Hive WeChat Group. Our group acts as the connecting link between you and event organisers who aspire to educate and share their knowledge with others in areas like entrepreneurship, career development and marketing. The platform also provides you with the opportunity to connect and exchange experiences with like-minded people.

Concluding Thoughts

BeHive will provide you with the opportunities, the environment and the network you need to create meaningful relationships and develop your social skills. As our name suggests, we are a network of honeycombs that ceaselessly works to help you become the best version of yourself.  

We believe that no matter who you are you can achieve greatness, that power lies within you, just like it does in each and everyone one of us. We invite you, therefore, to join us and together, in a collective attempt, assist each other to conquer our biggest dreams and materialise our greatest ambitions.
