BeHive Membership: All You Need to Succeed!

BeHive is back for another semester packed with great new activities! But before we say more, we would like to thank all of you for your support! Last semester was amazing and this one will be epic!

 

In case you are not familiar with BeHive, let us give you a brief introduction. BeHive is a diverse community of students and young professionals who want to achieve great things and inspire each other to do so. 

Our goal is, through our workshops and seminars, to help our members acquire the skills they need to thrive both in the workplace and life.

新学期，BeHive 回归啦！

首先，我们要感谢大家上个学期的支持与厚爱，谢谢你们！本学期，我们为大家准备了更加精彩的活动哦！

什么？第一次听说BeHive? 好吧，简单介绍一下。BeHive 是一个为高校学生和初入职场的年轻人打造的平台，通过举办各类活动，帮助大家挖掘潜能，学习职场知识，收获希望和未来。BeHive是一个大家庭，成员之间互相帮助，其乐融融。

We learnt how to identify procrastination behaviors and ways to tackle them, presented by Mahsa Mehregan.

PERFECT YOUR PITCH

快速演说技巧

We practised how to present our ideas in less than a minute, presented by Martin Barnes.

 主讲人 Martin Barnes 指导我们如何在一分钟之内展示自己的想法，以在听者身上达到你想要的效果。

DiSC WORKSHOP

四种领袖气质，你是哪一个？

We improved our understanding of different behaviors and personalities in the workplace, presented by Malcolm Nerva. 嘉宾Malcolm Nerva 带我们了解了职场上不同人的性格特质，让我们学会了更有效的沟通。

CHRISTMAS PARTY

圣诞派对

We also held community building activities like our Christmas Secret Santa! 

当然少不了圣诞派对！大家在一起交换了礼物，玩得很开心！

You wouldn’t want to miss out on that, wouldn’t you? We have already kicked off the semester with a great workshop on March the 11th, coordinated by Shane from Growthbeans and Malcolm from Genowledge. They demonstrated how to overcome our limiting beliefs and achieve our goals by awakening the Avenger in us!

是不是很棒呢？错过了真的很可惜！3月11日，我们已经作为合作方承办了BeHive的本学期第一次活动，邀请到了老朋友 Malcolm 和新朋友 Shane , 带领大家打破思维定式，尝试突破自我。

Do you want more? We do have more! On March 14th Helena Javitte, will be presenting “Road to Success” where we will learn how to turn challenges into opportunities and figure out what type of career better suits us. 

 你想和BeHive一起度过本学期吗？3月14日，BeHive将邀请嘉宾 Helena Javitte带来“通向成功之路”的主题研讨会，她会分享自己将挑战化为机会的经验，以及帮助我们明确适合自己的职业选择。

Still not enough? BeHive is holding workshops every other week, and casual social gatherings once a month!

Where?

Even though BeHive was established at the University of International Business and Economics, we have already held events in other universities and many other cool venues throughout Beijing. We aim at empowering the whole student community so expect to see events both at UIBE which is located at Chaoyang District but also at different Universities in Haidian.

以助力全北京的高校学生群体在职场领域有所成长为宗旨，BeHive 虽然最初创立于朝阳区对外经济贸易大学，

但我们已经，并且会更多的在海淀区高校及其他校外场所举办自己的活动，期待与更多北京的优秀大学生相遇！
