S女士是一位日本客人，此次来天津是陪同父母旅游观光并庆祝父母40周年结婚纪念日。她为父母预定了天泰轩的晚宴。在日本，人们将40年的婚姻称作红玉婚，红玉代表着美丽的过去以及和睦深远的未来。Faye想尽自己的一份力，为这份难能可贵的爱注入更多幸福的元素。

于是Faye和Carina以及Lena三个人一起分工合作。Faye精通日语，她在网上搜索了关于爱情的花语，最终选用了蒲公英作为贺卡的主要元素，蒲公英代表着约定和永不停息的爱，Faye用日语将祝福写在了贺卡上。Lena用花瓣在餐桌上摆出了40周年纪念日，并细心地将每一片花瓣剪成了桃心形为在周边。同时用彩纸手工写出了百合花，里面放着一颗糖，寓意百年好合，甜甜蜜蜜。Carina想制造更多的浪漫，她用手机下载了婚礼进行曲的音乐，并定了一束玫瑰花。一切准备就绪，当这对夫妻携手进入包房时Faye向他们送上了衷心的祝福，他们看到我们精心布置的餐桌脸上洋溢出满满的甜蜜，但故事并没有结束…

Faye将S先生请到了包间外，希望S先生能配合再次让她的爱人回想起40年前结婚时的场景。Faye将Carina提前准备好的玫瑰花送给了先生，并用手机播放出婚礼进行曲，伴随着音乐，S先生手捧玫瑰花，缓缓地走向了他的爱人，他们拥抱着，整个包间满溢爱的气息。他说他们没有想到能够在异国他乡的丽思也能体会到如此浓重的爱，他会将他的经历分享给他的朋友和亲人，希望他们都能够体验丽思卡尔顿。

Mrs. S is a Japanese  guest who accompanied her parents  for travel and celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary in Tianjin. She booked a dinner in Tiantaixuan . In Japan, 40 years of marriage is known as the Ruby Wedding which represents the beautiful past and the harmonious and profound future. Faye tried her best to inject more happiness into these valuable love.

So Faye ,Carina and Lena shared out the work and cooperated with each other. Faye is proficient in Japanese ,she searched for flower language of love  and finally adopted dandelion as the main factor of the greeting card. Dandelions means a promise and endless love , Faye had written her blessing in Japanese in greeting card. Lena made a set up of ‘40th Anniversary’ on the table with rose petal and carefully cut each piece of rose petals into heart-shaped to be around. At the same time , using colorful paper folded the lily and put a sugar in it - love for all seasons. Carina used her mobile phone to download the wedding music and prepared rose flower. Everything was ready, when the couple entered the private room, meanwhile Faye gave them her sincere blessing.

Faye invited Mr. S to  cooperate with us,  and recreated the wedding scene of forty years ago. Faye gave the roses to Mr. S and played the wedding  music. Mr.S held the rose in his hand and walked toward his lover, they embraced ,the whole room was full of happiness. Mr S. said that he would share his experience with his friends and relatives, and he also recommend  the Ritz-Carlton to more people.
