和麦当劳、7-Eleven、H&M等大型连锁品牌一样,Sephora的成功也绝非偶然,而是得益于聪明的商业布局和决策。当我们在Sephora买买买时,我们可能很少关心作为一家零售商,Sephora是如何将当下最先进的商业智能和数据分析融入到公司的运营当中。

Christel Bouvron is Head of Business Intelligence at Sephora Asia, where she leads the company's efforts in driving data-driven decision-making. She works with teams across the organization to measure their performance, as well as use data to solve challenges. She joined Sephora in 2016 to lead BI in Southeast Asia and has since started supporting the China business as well.
She was previously Head of Analytics at Grab, where she led both Business and Product Analytics teams. She has worked at Thomson Reuters in business and marketing analytics, as well as Frontier Strategy Group doing research.
Christel has an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BA from the University of Notre Dame.
