鉴于此开发了政府门户网站系统。本网站系统基于Internet,采用B/S三层结构,前台动态页面设计使用JSP技术,从系统的安全性和代码的可重用性方面考虑,运用JavaBean对程序的关键代码进行封装,灵活应用jsp、servlet、JavaBean结构框架和JSTL1.1标签。后台数据库选用SQL Server数据库。本系统主要为管理用户的管理,角色的管理、信息发布管理、网站风格动态改变、信息评论管理等功能。
本系统体现了简单实用性,专门为政府服务而提供的平台,让使用者能较快掌握系统的操作,轻松管理系统。根据现有政府服务而设计开发的政府门户网站,不但可以扩大政府宣传力度和实现政府信息更新的及时性,而且采用组建式开发可以减少政府的维护成本,提高工作效率。
