当我上传博客到github时出现问题 Failed to connect to github.com port 443: Timed out，因为最近我用了某个fanqiang软件，这个软件会打开网络代理，从而导致很多一系列问题，不光光是这里，如果其他问题，比如Python安装一个包用pip功能的时候显示代理有问题，也是这个毛病，所以说免费的东西要谨慎使用，容易出坑

解决方法

把电脑的网络和Internet这里的代理里面的手动设置代理关闭就可以了
