There is already 'deptController' bean method

控制台消息如下所示

报这个错的原因是因为你controller里的@GetMapping中的路径有重复，回到自己的controller层发现自己因为偷个懒，把上一个方法的GetMapping路径给copy过来了，修改一下即可

修改后正常运行。
