[职位要求]

Developer (Frontend)

前端开发工程师

(1)本科或以上学历，计算机软件或相关专业；

(2)英语书面良好，口语良好，能用英语描述工作经历和项目经历；

(3)熟悉并掌握html、CSS、JS等前端技术；

(4)掌握至少一种web前端框架；

(5)了解WEB标准化、性能优化方法，了解可用性、可访问性和安全性；

(6)具备前端工程化的思维和实践经验；

(7)技术视野广阔，有主导前端技术方案设计的能力和经验，能够独立承担项目开发工作；

(8)较强的自我管理能力，抱有积极的学习心态，乐于分享知识，喜欢沟通；

(9)熟练跨浏览器、跨终端的开发，有HTML5/CSS3等移动端Web页面开发经验和案例优先；

(10)有可视化经验者优先。

What You'll Do

•Provide efficient prototype development on innovation projects; develop Fintech products and platforms with the ideal befitting technologies;

•Responsible for implementing visual elements that users see and interact with in a web application; use HTML, CSS, javascript or other markup languages to code the website and web app designs created by designers;

•Develop software best practices like test-driven development (TDD), behavioral-driven development (BDD), and continuous integration / deployment.

 

Qualifications

•Familiar with JS, HTML5, CSS. Experience in design and development of modular, re-usable components;

•Familiar with at least one front-end framework such as Angular, React etc

•Good experience with JSON processing;

•Strong knowledge of web programming specifics and experience in building web-based applications;

•Understanding of layout aesthetics; Experience with MVC frameworks and REST methodology (creating and consuming REST web services);

•In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development and deployment); Familiarity with browser testing and debugging;

•Identify use cases and create test cases to validate software design via manual and automated tests; Use cutting edge technology to create test frameworks and automate key business workflows;

•Work effectively with cross-functional, distributed teams;

•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects, prioritize work, establish deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor progress of team members;

•Strong problem-solving skills and trouble-shooting skills. Anticipate, identify, track and resolve issues and risks affecting own work and work of the project team;

•Entrepreneurial interest and business sense;

•Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese;

•General understanding of financial concepts is preferred.

Developer (Backend)

后端开发工程师

(1)本科或以上学历，计算机软件或相关专业；

(2)英语书面良好，口语良好，能用英语描述工作经历和项目经历；

(3)熟悉Java/Python的Web应用的开发；

(4)深入了解spring，ibatis，cache，mq，mysql，jvm等领域的框架或产品的机制与代码，或flask/Django/tornado相关框架;

(5)熟悉Internet基本协议（如TCP/IP,HTTP等）内容及相关应用；

(6)有很强的分析问题和解决问题的能力，有强烈的责任心；

(7)为人乐观、自信面对压力有很好的抗压能力和积极的心态；

(8)乐于学习，喜欢探索代码底层的实现，乐于分享；

(9)有大数据处理系统或者机器学习算法经验者优先；

(10)有金融相关背景优先。

What You'll Do

•Provide efficient prototype development on innovation projects; develop Fintech products and platforms with the ideal befitting technologies;

•Database creation, integration and management;

•Design data model and develop server-side application directly interacts with the database and frontend code via an application programming interface (API);

•Develop software best practices like test-driven development (TDD), behavioral-driven development (BDD), and continuous integration / deployment;

Qualifications

•Experience in programming in one of the industry's leading programming language (python, C++, C#, Java, etc);

•Familiar with data structure and algorithms;

•Familiar with 1 or 2 SQL/NoSQL database: MySQL / SQLite / PostgreSQL / MongoDB / Cassandra;

•Experience in using back-end frameworks to build server-side software, like flask, SSH or SSM;

•Familiar with Web Server technologies (e.g., J2EE, Apache, nginx (popular for static content, like images, HTML or CSS files), and IIS);

•Experience in High concurrency Web Architecture;

•Understanding of the design and development of high-performance parallel Data Architecture systems; Experience with Data Warehousing and Data Modeling is a plus;

•Experience with Cloud computing integration (e.g., public cloud providers like Amazon Web Services, or private cloud environments) is a plus;

•Experience with Apache Spark is a plus;

•Work effectively with cross-functional, distributed teams;

•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects, prioritize work, establish deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor progress of team members;
