时代变换，互联网日渐成熟，产生了京东等大型的互联网买卖平台，也产生了像用友等各种不同类型管理软件，也有各种跟风产业相继产生，而信息的应用是各个时代不变的主题，因此，流量计量系统的互联网化也渐渐被人们熟知和应用。
人们要生活首先离不开各类信息系统，小到支付，大到管理，而现下大部分人因信息共享不够而选择传统的方式，但生活、生产、教育、管理所需要的计算机网络、软件、系统与日俱增，或信息得不到实时更新，各级市场管理低效，各个领域的实体情况与人们了解所说存在很大的差异等等。针对以上问题，本人设计开发了流量计量系统，该系统在流量计量领域信息上进行实时更新，并对必要数据进行具体审核以避免出现实际与信息不符的情况，但此系统市场上的实用性较为不足，并且在数据的利用上存在不足。该系统是一种以 Web技术为基础的 B/S架构，包含了流量测量领域的信息发布、重要信息的审计、模糊查询等功能。其在静态以html+div为基础，Javascrip技术作为动态的验证技术与后台数据进行交互及数据验证，动态以Java语言为开发基础，通过与mysql建立的数据库进行交互。整个系统的实现是基于J2EE的结构之上。此系统的研发在市场上解决了流量计量领域信息共享不足的问题，具有积极探索意义的。

ABSTRACT

With the change of times, the Internet is becoming more and more mature, resulting in large Internet trading platforms such as jd.com, various types of management software such as UFIDA, and various follow-up industries. The application of information is the constant theme of each era. Therefore, the Internet of flowmeter system is gradually known and applied by people.

People can’t live without all kinds of information systems, ranging from payment to management. At present, most people choose the traditional way because of insufficient information sharing, but the computer networks, software and systems needed for life, production, education and management are increasing day by day, or the information can’t be updated in real time, the market management at all levels is inefficient, and the entity situation in various fields is very different from what people know. In view of the above problems, I designed and developed a flow measurement system. The system updates the information in the field of flow measurement in real time, and reviews the necessary data to avoid the inconsistency between the actual and the information. However, the practicability of this system in the market is insufficient, and there are deficiencies in the utilization of data. This system is a B / S structure based on Web technology, which includes flow measurement field information release, important information review and fuzzy query. It is based on HTML + div statically, javascript technology as a dynamic verification technology interacts with background data and data verification, and dynamically interacts with the database established by MySQL based on Java language. The implementation of the whole system is based on the structure of J2EE. The research and development of this system solves the problem of insufficient information sharing in the field of flow measurement in the market, and has positive exploration significance.
