SharePoint - ”The crawler could not communicate with the server“错误的解决方案

在维护企业SharePoint2013，执行full crawl job时遇到下面错误“The crawler could not communicate with the server. Check that the server is available and that the firewall access is configured correctly. If the repository was temporarily unavailable, an incremental crawl will fix this error."

尝试了search到的各种方案，比如disable web application https，创建新的web application，删除重新创建content source，reset search index，check server name等操作还是不可以。

最终发现有可能是因为Web application的URL使用了FQDN URL导致，处理方法是在Web Application extend了新的NON-FQDN URL(比如server name）设置extend的这个URL为default zone同时URL设置为internal仅供爬网使用。
