如何打开被关闭的驱动程序

问题是这样的
我用学校的电脑
win2000的系统
USB驱动程序别关掉了
不是管理员用户
普通用户无权开启
注册表可以用
有什么方法打开??

1、开始->运行->输入“msinfo32.exe”->进入“系统信息”中可以看到硬件配置状况，并进行修改。

2、我的电脑-》点击右键-》管理-》进入“计算机管理”-》设备管理-》在右侧中点击端口，就可以修改了
3、winxp系统
