Please check URL, network and proxy settings.
Error message:
Cannot download ‘https://start.spring.io‘: connect timed out
, response: 200 OK
解决办法： File >> settings >> System Settings >> HTTP Proxy下
点击“Check connection”,在打开的窗口中输入：
https://start.spring.io
即可。
