1.下载maven
官网地址：http://maven.apache.org/download.cgi
2.将下载的压缩文件解压到安装eclipse的同级文件目录下
3.在eclipse中配置：window--preferences--maven--Installations--add--选择下载maven解压缩的地址--勾选添加的maven--添加保存
4.修改maven本地仓库存储位置：修改解压缩maven目录下conf/setting.xml，将localRepository标记中的路径改为希望本地仓库存储的文件路径位置，保存
5.配置maven的setting：window--preferences--maven--user settings--选择setting位置（解压缩maven目录下conf/setting.xml）--Update setting--Local Repository中仓库存储路径就变成了setting.xml中设置的路径--保存设置
