Issue：

When trying to startup Oracle Instance, you may encounter following error:

ORA-00845: MEMORY_TARGET not supported on this system

Root Cause:

Your shm size is smaller than Memory_Target.

Solution:

Open pfile in "/u01/app/oracle/admin/<instance>/pfile" and check parameter ‘memory_target’
```
df -h /dev/shm
```

mount -t tmpfs shmfs -o size=4096m /dev/shm
# make sure the size '4096' is greater than the 'memory_target' in the pfile.
