参考技术A 开启任意虚拟机的系统，点设备中的“安装Guest Additions

如果系统开启自动播放，会弹出下图，直接点击运行。如果没有弹出，在计算机中点击光驱位置安装

选择运行 VBoxWindowsAdditjons.exe

在上面的点击运行或双击运行后，出现如下界面

安装系统设备

Guest Additions安装完成后需要重启虚拟机里面安装的操作系统，重启后VBox GuestAdditions就安装成功了

Guest Additions安装成功后我们就可以使用相关功能了。最基础的是鼠标在虚拟机系统与主机之间自由切换
