(1) Another program may be editing the same file.  If this is the case,

    to recover the changes (see ":help recovery").
    If you did this already, delete the swap file ".ssr1.py.swp"

解决办法：此种问题导致原因是之前编辑文件时没有正确保存退出导致，使用 ls -a 找到提示的副本(本文为 ".ssr1.py.swp")，将其删除即可解决
