pip install --upgrade pip

django-admin startproject celia

python3.6 manage.py runserver
## Para proeyctos de django rest framework:
`pip install djangorestframework markdown django-filter pygments`
### Create the project directory
mkdir tutorial
cd tutorial
### Create a virtualenv to isolate our package dependencies locally
virtualenv env
source env/bin/activate # On Windows use `env\Scripts\activate`
### Install Django and Django REST framework into the virtualenv
pip3 install django djangorestframework
### Set up a new project with a single application
django-admin.py startproject tutorial . # Note the trailing '.' character
cd tutorial
django-admin.py startapp quickstart
cd ..
## Otra forma
python3 -m venv myvenv
source myvenv/bin/activate [ALIAS ‘ae’]

Preferiblemente los proyectos deberían tener un "requirements.txt"
