A list of reasonably reliable DNS servers that I've personally tested to ensure
that they **fully support** [DNSSEC](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Domain_Name_System_Security_Extensions)
and **do not** [hijack NXDOMAIN responses](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DNS_hijacking#Manipulation_by_ISPs).

Google operates the only DNS-over-HTTPS resolver that I'm aware of, but nonetheless, it is compliant with
my standards.
