Blurred OpenOffice problem in Windows

1) Find the `soffice.exe` file in the File Explorer at `C:\Program Files (x86)\OpenOffice 4\program\soffice.exe`. 
2) Right click the file, choose Properties, select the Compatibility tab,
3) Check the box "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings." 

Now Open Office is super crisp!
