Resolve the issue of long time taken by tensorflow to load model


## Installation of TensorFlow for Jetson TX2!

Python 3.6+JetPack4.2
sudo pip3 install --pre --extra-index-url https://developer.download.nvidia.com/compute/redist/jp/v42 tensorflow-gpu


Python 3.5+JetPack3.3
pip3 install --extra-index-url=https://developer.download.nvidia.com/compute/redist/jp/v33/ tensorflow-gpu


Python 2.7+JetPack3.3
pip install --extra-index-url=https://developer.download.nvidia.com/compute/redist/jp/v33/ tensorflow-gpu


If you meet error when installing h5py, please run this command to solve the dependency:
sudo apt-get install libhdf5-serial-dev hdf5-tools

## Installing tensorflow 1.12.0
1. sudo apt install python3-testresources
2. Now Follow: https://jkjung-avt.github.io/build-tensorflow-1.12.2/

## Uninstall Tenorflow-gpu
```sh
  sudo pip3 uninstall -y tensorboard tensorflow-gpu tensorflow-estimator
```
