Hi!
I just got my macOS High Sierra 10.13.3 up and running some days ago (thanks to XLNC and the guys at AMD OSX @ Discord) and installed all the Adobe apps via Creative Cloud. I applied these fixes to make Photoshop CC, Illustrator CC, After Effects CC and Lightroom CC work:
Adobe Photoshop CC
sudo rm -rf /Applications/Adobe\ Photoshop\ CC\ 2018/Adobe\ Photoshop\ CC\ 2018.app/Contents/Required/Plug-ins/Extensions/FastCore.plugin /Applications/Adobe\ Photoshop\ CC\ 2018/Adobe\ Photoshop\ CC\ 2018.app/Contents/Required/Plug-ins/Extensions/MMXCore.plugin
Adobe Illustrator CC
sudo rm -rf /Applications/Adobe\ Illustrator\ CC\ 2018/Adobe\ Illustrator.app/Contents/MacOS/MMXCore.plugin /Applications/Adobe\ Illustrator\ CC\ 2018/Adobe\ Illustrator.app/Contents/Required/Plug-ins/Text\ Filters/TextModel.aip
Adobe After Effects CC
sudo rm -rf /Library/Application\ Support/Adobe/Plug-Ins/CC/File\ Formats/Camera\ Raw.plugin
Adobe Lightroom CC
Downgrade to / don't update past Lightroom CC version 1.0.1

My InDesign CC 2018 and Lightroom Classic CC is crashing upon start still though, and I haven't found a fix for it yet, so if anyone knows how to fix it, please share it down below!
My current build: PCPartPicker part list
Edit: Tried to downgrade the same way I fixed Adobe Lightroom CC, and it worked! If you still have a fix for using the latest version, please share.
Adobe Lightroom Classic CC
Downgrade to / don't update past Lightroom CC version 7.0.1
Adobe InDesign CC
