Purpose: Code Talk is designed to pair JavaScript programmers in an environment where they can write and share code while also
giving them the ability to "chat" about the code they are writing. It is intended to encourage JavaScript programmers to explain
their code and to make it as clear and understandable to their fellow programmers as they can. The chat functionality facilitates
discussion and debate related to the code that is written in the accompanying embedded text editor(s).
