One HSBC Card & and Retail services is a project which involves in up gradation of both card and retail systems to a new platform and integration of both card and retail systems to a single code base. 

Responsibilities

Worked in design of Accounting servicing infrastructure, Payment application method, Minimum payment functionality, Interest processing and calculation.

NMG - Paid in Full (PIF) Late Fee Waiver Enhancement (Feb 2009 to May 2009)

The Objective of the project is that going forward for the NMG customers not to waive the
current cycle late fee assessed on an account if the account balance is greater than the late fee
assessed even after the previous balance is paid full.

CMS-Menards and Benjamin Loyalty Program      (April 2007 to Feb 2008)

For the Menard and Benjamin Moore Loyalty program, the Business had decided to extract record with eligibility flag for each account on the accounts cycle day.

Region Built Project, Region Refresh Task       ( Sept 2007 to April 2007)

Requirement was to merge data from all segments of East and West region production data into corresponding segment of development region. This will be a single region that will house both east and west region data. The goal of this project is to reduce number of batch and hence minimize the batch run cost.10 new region (W,H,B) is built to achieve the same.

Responsibilities

Build the data files by copying 0.1% of data from production environment.
Schedule the jobs and their priority and frequency(daily/monthly) by using CA7. 
Run the batch to build region with new files.

Achievements
       
Created a tool to calculate minimum payment to test the minimum payment functionality.This tool has been used extensively in SIT/ UAT, caught many technical  issue in minimum payment  calculation. 

‘SPOT Award’ – Certificate for the work done in functional and technical specifications   preparation of Payment  functionality in one HSBC project in the year 2009.

‘GEM of Associates Award’ for exhibition leadership skills and solving defects one HSBC project in the year 2010.

Appreciation received from the client for the ONE HSBC project.

  
 I resigned from company  and  chose to be a stay at home parent until my kids were in
 kindergarten. Now that they've reached that milestone,I'm ready to re-enter the workforce to
 resume my professional and career goals. While i was away from work i did some online  course on Ruby and SQL.  (Sep 2012 till date)

Master in Computer Application  from Banaras Hindu University (B.H.U) – Varanasi.
