On install: new plugin/theme follow message shown: 
* Connection Information please enter ftp access

# Soulution:

// Change the owner to apache
[root@vmi257433 html]# chown -R apache:apache /var/www/html
// Restart httpd
[root@vmi257433 html]# systemctl restart httpd
// Give chmod 777
[root@vmi257433 ~]# chmod -R 777 /var/www/html
