Deploying Calico on an RBAC enabled cluster, first apply the ClusterRole and ClusterRoleBinding specs:

Manual Scheduling of pod:

if you require a pod to start on a specific node, you can specify this in POD spec.nodeName, that is what DaemonSets do.
